    Spray contamination can occur during so-called standing urination, especially practiced by men. Various urination aids, including for women, have therefore already been proposed, which are intended to enable splash-free urine to be discharged into a toilet, for example tubular or tubular urination aids according to DE 19 916 283 A1 or DE 10 103 910 B4.
    In addition, urination or defecation can be given only to a limited extent and / or not without contamination, even with restricted mobility of the persons concerned. This applies to bedridden people in hospitals or nursing homes who rely on aids such as pushers or bedpans and the support of third parties. This is uncomfortable for the people concerned and it can lead to contamination of the bed without the support of third parties and causes additional cleaning and maintenance.
    The object of the invention is therefore to provide a device for draining urine, which enables hygienic urination while lying or sitting with little effort.
    The object is achieved with the features of claim 1.
    According to the invention, a bed, in particular a mattress of a bed is provided with an incision which extends continuously over the thickness of the mattress. An insert is arranged in the area of the incision, a clamping frame being attached to or under the insert in the incision.
    Advantageous refinements of the device according to the invention are disclosed in the dependent claims.
    The device according to the invention enables not only contamination-free drainage of the urine, but also hygienic and odorless storage of the same until disposal.
    The inventive device is particularly suitable for urinating men, but can also be adapted to the physical circumstances of women.
    The invention is described below in an embodiment with reference to a drawing. The drawing shows the device according to the invention using the example of a bed in a figure.
    A normal bed 1 is equipped with a mattress 2, which is provided in the area of the lower abdomen with an incision 4, which can be opened and closed elastically and which is continuous over the thickness of the mattress 2, parallel to the long sides of the mattress 2 extending, extends and which is approximately equidistant from the long sides of the mattress 2. The incision 4 preferably has a length of at least 20 cm and can be opened / widened to at least 5 cm. The incision 4 is shown simplified in the figure, in the closed state, with side walls lying against one another.
    The mattress 2 is covered with a sheet which is also cut in the area of the incision 4 and is provided in the area of the incision 4 with an insert 3 made of skin-friendly, water-repellent and easily cleanable material.     The clamping frame 5 and the scissor lever 6 are preferably made of a corrosion-resistant material, for example a light metal or a resilient plastic.
    The clamping frame 5 can also be designed like pliers or otherwise. Regardless of the design, when the scissor lever 6 is actuated, it must be able to widen the incision.
    Likewise, a toothed segment can be used instead of the scissors lever 6 or a folding membrane can be arranged in the incision 4, which opens under pressure.
